INDUSTRIAL WASHING MACHINE
High Pressure Pipe Washing Machines are washing machines that are used to remove oil and breakable residues from the welding places inside the pipes before assembly with High Pressure spray.
High pressure pipe washers can also be used with pipe diameters of 40 mm and larger.
Washing is performed by scanning every point of the pipe with high pressure with helical rotary nozzles.
During washing, washing is done by moving up and down inside the pipe with the moving collector.
Rotary Table Washing
Operations in rotary table washing machines are carried out in different stations by rotating table movement.
Washing process is carried out in the form of 6 or 8 stations on the rotary table.
High Pressure pump pressures are used in the range of 60-120 bar in rotary table machines.
Washing time and pressure can be adjusted according to the pollution.
On the rotary table, a pipe is washed in 10-30 seconds by processes at different stations.
Cabin Washing
In the Cabinet Pipe Washing Machines, 1 or 2 pipes are washing on the fixed floor in one wash.
Washing and drying process is carried out with a moving collector.
Optionally, tooth washing can be added.
Washing time and pressure can be adjusted according to the pollution.
High pressure pump pressures are used in the range of 60-120 bar in inner pipe washing.
