High Pressure Washing and Precision Cleaning Test Machine Process:

1. Washing with Hot Alcali,
2. First Settle,
3. Second Rinse,
4. Manual washing with high pressure pump and manual hand gun,
5. Manual drying on the platform with a drying table, Drying Drawer and Hand gun,
6. Manual mobile crane system on rail.
7. Cabin exit dual filter system, (Size can be measured and weight can be weighed filter system.)

The parts will be fixed on the table in the machine with a fixture at the determined positions.

The part will be unloaded manually after the completion of the entire washing process.

There will be no accumulation of sawdust and / or washing liquid in any part of the machine.

There will be a hive to put a filter in the cabin evacuation.

There will be a washable stainless wire filter of 90 microns at the top and 20 microns below.

Filters will be easy to disassemble and install and the size can be measured and the weight can be weighed.
