Washing of up to one ton of material can be done in one basket.

Spray washing machines with cabin are machines where spray washing is performed in a closed cabin.

It is designed according to the cabin dimensions, basket dimensions and material weight.

The materials perform dipping-washing, dipping-shaking, and spray-washing simultaneously in the liquid-filled tank with the basket.
Dip spray washing up to 1.5 tons in weight can be done in one basket.
Selection and Projecting of the Machine to be Used
In the Immersion and Spray Washing Machines, the machine is selected according to the basket dimensions.
The project is created by designing in accordance with the desired process according to the basket size and the offer is submitted.
In the dipping system, the most suitable system (Pneumatic-Hydraulic) is preferred according to the weight of the basket.
The heating system can be either Electric, Steam Exchanger or Burner heating.
Boilers are covered with insulation material to save heat and energy.
Loading and unloading platforms suitable for the material can be added.
Automation software can be added upon request.
