By blowing air with a high flow fan, the solvent on the surface is removed with air and dried.
The Solvent Washing system operates in a closed system and is equipped with an exhaust system so that odor does not leak out.
ÇİLLER COOLER with a suitable capacity is used for distillation, cooling and exhaust systems.
In one hour, 80-100 liters of solvent is distilled and reused.
The distillation system works continuously to ensure solvent recycling.
Basket and moving collector dimensions are designed according to the size of the part to be processed.
Special fixture and basket applications can be made according to the shape of the part.
