INDUSTRIAL WASHING MACHINE
It is used for Washing Plastic crates used in material handling.
Plastic Crates are loaded directly on the conveyor chain belt by an operator.
The crates are transported back to the washing inlet from under the machine cabinet by reverse rotation after washing.
Pallets and crates with a height of 800 mm and above are unloaded from the tunnel end without reverse rotation.
Washing pressures are determined according to the level of contamination.
According to the shape of the material, nozzle settlement patterns are created,
High pressure effective washing processes are applied in the machine with special nozzle placement forms.
With the movable platform in the cabin with height adjustment, the swinging of the crates from pressure is prevented.
With the holders on the band, it is ensured that the crates move without getting stuck under pressure.
Washing times can be adjusted by working at the desired speed with the adjustable band speed.
Spray washing, first and second rinses, air jet and drying processes are applied.
Washing systems are produced in mass production lines according to 24-hour uninterrupted working conditions.
Selection and Projecting of the Machine to be Used
Only one operator works in the Plastic Case Tunnel Washing Machine.
Case Washing Tunnels are designed according to the material size and capacity to be washed.
The dimensions of the units are created according to the process times and material length.
Washing Processes are carried out in accordance with the desired Quality standards.
The speed of the conveyor can be adjusted according to the desired speed level.
Made of AISI 304 Steel, the band is specially designed according to the shape of the material to be treated.
The heating system can be either Electric or Steam Exchanger.
Boilers are covered with insulating material to save heat and energy.
Automation systems can be added upon request.
It is used for washing all kinds of plastic crates, plastic inner separators and plastic molds.
