INDUSTRIAL WASHING MACHINE
Solvent Ultrasonic Washing Machines are systems where Spray and Immersion Ultrasonic washing process is performed by rotating the drum basket in a closed cabinet.
The materials placed in the basket are loaded into the machine via the loading-unloading platform.
Materials are effectively cleaned by spray solvent washing and Immersion Ultrasonic Solvent washing.
Washing operations are carried out with the solvent itself in the form of spraying and dipping.
Washing of Solvent is done from three separate tanks.
Drum movement is programmed as full turn, half turn and fixed.
While the drum is rotating, air is blown with a high flow fan and the solvent on the surface is removed with air and dried.
The Solvent Washing system operates in a closed system and is equipped with an exhaust system so that odor does not leak out.
ÇİLLER COOLER with a suitable capacity is used for distillation, cooling and exhaust systems.
In one hour, 80-100 liters of solvent is distilled and reused.
The distillation system works continuously to ensure solvent recycling.
Basket and drum dimensions are designed according to the size of the piece to be treated.
Special fixture and basket applications can be made according to the shape of the part.
Standard Basket Shaft spacing (6 mm -12 mm or 18 mm) will be selected according to the material.
