INDUSTRIAL WASHING MACHINE
Rotary Drum Spray and Immersion Washing Machines are systems in which the washing process is performed by rotating the drum basket and washing collectors in a closed cabinet in opposite directions.
The materials placed in the standard basket are loaded into the machine via the loading-unloading platform.
The surface washing and the inside of the hole are washed with the nozzles that are straight on the whole material surface at 5 mm intervals with two-way reverse movement and a three-row nozzle to the special collector.
Drum movement is programmed as full turn, half turn and fixed.
Right angled nozzles scan every point of the part effectively.
By blowing air with a high flow fan, the water on the surface is removed with air and the material is dried in a short time with hot air in a moisture-free environment.

Collector movement is rotated in one direction and 360 degrees full turn in the opposite direction.
Washing is performed as Pressure Spray Washing, Turbulent Immersion Washing.
Spray washing pressure can be selected as 4 or 5 bar.
Special fixture and basket applications can be made according to the shape of the part.
Standard Basket Shaft spacing (6 mm -12 mm or 18 mm) will be selected according to the material.

All operations are carried out in the same cabin with PLC control.
Washing works with recipes created according to the material.
