Ultrasonic Drum Washing Machines are in a closed cabinet under fixed collectors; These are systems where dip washing and ultrasonic washing processes are performed by rotating in two directions.

Washing processes; It is performed as Immersion Ultrasonic Washing, Immersion Ultrasonic Rinse, Spray Passivation, High pressure burr breaking, Vacuum and targeted Drying.
With specially designed fixed collectors, pressure spray washing and immersion ultrasonic washing is performed to clean every point of the part effectively.
The surface and the inside of the hole are washed with a 3-row nozzle on the collector with 5 mm spacing, 5 mm thick flat flashing liquid.
By blowing air with a high flow fan, the water on the surface is removed with air, the targeted points are combed with pressurized hot air, and the material is dried in a short time with hot air in a moisture-free environment.
The drum movement is programmed as full tour (360 degrees) half turn (180 degrees) bi-directional movement and fixed.
It is carried out by Spray Washing and Immersion Ultrasonic Washing.
Baskets will be selected according to the material.
According to the shape of the part, special fix and basket applications can be made inside the basket.
All operations are carried out in the same cabin with PLC control.
Washing works with recipes created according to the material.
Prescriptions can be created as requested.
