INDUSTRIAL WASHING MACHINE
It is used for Washing Plastic molds and Plastic Crates used in material handling.
In Plastic Mold Case Washing Machines with Rotating Baskets,
Apparatuses to hold it upright are prepared in the basket according to the shape of the materials.
The molds are arranged vertically in the basket on the Moving Transport Trolley with fixed apparatus.
Molds and Crates are loaded into the washing room by basket.
Washing pressures are selected according to the level of contamination.
According to the shape of the material, nozzle settlement patterns are created,
High pressure effective washing processes are applied in the machine with special nozzle placement forms.
Washing times can be adjusted with the recipes created with the PLC program.
Spray washing, rinsing and air-jet drying processes are applied according to the selected recipe.
Selection and Projecting of the Machine to be Used
Only one operator works in the Plastic Mold and Case Washing machine.
The machine is designed and selected according to the basket size capacity.
Washing Processes are carried out in accordance with the desired quality standards.
Basket made of AISI 304 Steel is designed according to the shape of the material to be treated.
The heating system can be either Electric or Steam Exchanger.
Boilers are covered with insulating material to save heat and energy.
Automation systems can be added upon request.
It is used for washing all kinds of Plastic Molds, Crates and Plastic Inner Separators.
